Attorney – Braintree

We are currently hiring a full time attorney to handle subrogation cases, conduct legal research, assist with litigation, and negotiate reimbursement settlements. Other duties will include drafting ERISA and PPACA compliant documents, conducting legal research, analysis of benefit plans and other document review, as well as assisting with general health plan administration consulting.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Degree from an accredited law school and admittance to a State Bar
  • Proven record in managing recovery cases within the healthcare and insurance industries
  • Knowledge of latest developments in healthcare, subrogation and ERISA laws
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to scan relevant materials quickly and accurately
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with varied positions throughout the organization as well as clients
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook required
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent telephone, writing and proofreading skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently

2-5 years experience in aspects of:

  • Subrogation, reimbursement and overpayment recovery matters
  • Healthcare and ERISA law

Data Analyst / Developer

Data Analyst Job Purpose: Manage and organize electronic data according to corporate data administration policies and standards in order to ensure that the information needs of the users are met.

Data Analyst Job Duties:

• Create, modify and maintain database structures such as tables, views, stored procedures, functions and triggers
• Use .Net technologies to perform routine code updates and troubleshoot errors within the system.
• Troubleshoot and provide corrective solutions for identified database related issues
• Troubleshoot data related issues and provide clear and reasonable resolutions
• Work individually or as a member of a team to design, development, implement and maintain software systems
• Work collaboratively with development teams in a highly dynamic environment
• Work with several departments Client Services and Implementation in implementing and maintaining customer production data

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• B.S. Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement
• Minimum of 5 years database analysis, programming or similar experience
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Intermediate C# and VB.NET skills are required.
• Must be proficient in writing stored procedures, functions, triggers and related T-SQL code
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
• Must be able to communicate technical matters in a way they can be easily understood by non-technical individuals
• Ability to troubleshoot data related issues and provide clear and reasonable resolutions
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices – experience with Crystal Reports V12 or higher and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with ASP .NET and XML is preferred.
