The company was established in 1999 and began operations representing one small third party administrator (“TPA”). Currently, we represent millions of employee lives for our nationwide TPA clients, as well as various reinsurers and insurance carriers.

The company is privately and equally owned by the two founding partners of the firm – Adam V. Russo, Esq. and Michael A. Branco.
