Case Developer

Claim Administrator
The Claims Administrator position entails speaking with insureds, researching medical claims, navigating various claim systems and investigating medical itemizations. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes is recommended but not required as we will train the right person. The Claims Administrator must also demonstrate organization skills to effectively manage a demanding workload.

This position entails speaking with insureds, investigating accident details, and handling insurance cases for potential recovery opportunities. The position also involves interacting with attorneys, providers, and/or insurance adjusters on subrogation and reimbursement cases across the country. The ability to prioritize tasks and balance work demands with timeliness and accuracy of results is a must. The Claim Recovery Specialist must also demonstrate organization skills to effectively manage a demanding caseload.

Legal Assistant
Full time legal assistants assist our attorneys with their responsibilities. No prior health care or subrogation experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right individual.
Duties will include conducting legal research, communicating with clients, interacting with the staff and providing analysis and assistance to our attorneys. The ideal candidate is someone with great communication skills, pays attention to detail, and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to prioritize duties and balance your work load while ensuring accuracy.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills

Attorney
Full time attorneys handle subrogation cases, conduct legal research, assist with litigation, and negotiate reimbursement settlements. No prior subrogation experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right individual.
Minimum requirements include:
- Degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar association
- Excellent communication, legal research, analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong statistical and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to direct and motivate staff
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills

Desktop Support Person
Desired experience:
- Responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing computer software and hardware problems
- Performs Tech Refresh installations and end user acceptance testing
- Attend regularly scheduled project meetings and provide technical and logistical advice to project team
- Adequately document all activities performed detailing: the specific activity performed; the reason why the activity was performed; the end result of the activity and the time spent on the activity
- Familiar with MS Office, Outlook 2003 and Exchange
- Familiar with imaging tools, ghost, powerquest, RIS, WDS, etc
- Basic network connectivity skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs worth of equipment or boxed items
- Performing server management functions as directed by senior server engineers
- Familiar with BackupExec and Tape Management
- Good written and verbal communications
- Two or more years of PC Technical work or Desktop Experience
- Other duties as agreed by the parties
