The Phia Group, LLC Announces Alliance with Interface EAP, Inc.
The Phia Group, LLC and Interface EAP, Inc. are proud to announce their alliance focusing on plan document design supporting a unique med-management approach for Mental Health Parity compliance. Fred Newman and Interface EAP are experts in the area of behavioral health management, and in particular, have been developing strategies to help benefit plans adjust their language to comply with the upcoming Mental Health Parity law without creating significant financial exposure. The Phia Group has been developing plan language that supports aggressive med-management, which gives administrators the ability to control coverage, manage their plans, and still provide coverage for behavioral health conditions.
