On October 10, 2014, the Department of Labor, in conjunction with other regulatory agencies, released its “FAQ XXI.” In response, during its October Webinar, The Phia Group tore through the FAQ, sharing its concerns regarding the FAQ’s questionable verbiage and provisions.
