The Phia Group is honored to share that it has been recognized as one of the top places to work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe. This year marks the third time that Phia has been featured in The Boston Globe’s “Top Places to Work” list, one that’s grounded in survey results gauging employees’ opinions on company direction, execution, management, work culture, compensation, benefits and engagement.

“It’s been pretty doom and gloom in the world of work this year. Federal employees were fired, then furloughed or forced to work without pay. Predictions about AI-related job losses kept mounting. And layoffs hit a 22-year high, while hiring slowed to a 14-year low,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor.
